Hourly Rates - We charge by the hour at fifteen-minute increments, one-hour minimum. This means you won't be charged for the extra few minutes it took to complete the job. We also only charge for the work performed by our technicians. If we aren't working, we don't charge you. Our rates are simple and easy to understand.
Subscriptions
This includes 2 non-rollover hours each month or an average of 1 hour every other week.
This includes 5 non-rollover hours each month or an average of 1 hour a week.
This includes 10 non-rollover hours each month or an average of 2 hours a week.
Subscription - Our subscriptions include non-rollover hours each month. Additional hours will be billed at the discount rate until the beginning of the next month. The same as our Hourly Raes, we won't charge you if we resolve the issue within the first fifteen minutes.
We also include First Line of Defence filtering in each subscription:
- Comprehensive Spam Filtering (*Up to 100,000 email message per month)
- Website and Search Engine Content Filtering

Subscription Cancellations are 30-day, from your next billing cycle, written notice to Billing@SystemNetworks.com
